I believe that the most simplest ingredients can clean your skin in the most efficient way. I've been using this face wash for years and it is one of the only face cleaners that has never broke me out. Not only that, but this bottle lasts FOREVER. I recently purchased this by mistake and I don't regret it. I typically buy the gentle skin one that is unscented, however after using this product for a week now, I'm falling for it. The scent is neither masculine nor feminine and it has a great lather and performance overall.

I've used this cleanser for a few years now and it gets the job done. It's gentle on the skin and my face doesn't feel stripped of its natural oil after using it. If you're looking to remove waterproof makeup, I'd still use wipes or remover prior to cleansing. It's also easily found at most drugstores and is affordable which is a plus. It has a mild scent, no weird fragrances.

I use this cleanser daily. After use I definitely feel a difference in a good way. Cleans my face and doesn't leave it oily or dry with a fresh clean scent. My face also doesn't seem to get super oily after use either as I found with other cleansers.

Clears face wonderfully. I love it so much I got my whole family hooked. Its so gentle for sensitive skin like mine. I've been using it for a few months now. And I can honestly say its great even from the packaging. I recommend this for anyone with sensitive skin.

I was introduced to Cetaphil as a teenager, by my older cousins. They have been using the original cleanser since the 90's. As a teenager, I used soaps way too harsh for my skin. Needless to say, I was immediately turned off by a cleanser that did not foam or lather. However, Cetaphil is one of the most gentle, effective cleansers I have used to date. Even when I cycle through other cleansers (during different seasons, for different skincare needs), I make sure I always have Cetaphil on deck.

This cleanser is amazing! I have a lot of acne/acne scarring and I've tried basically everything to get rid of them!! and this has really calmed my acne down and some acne scars are gone! I really love this product and I'm definitely repurchasing it!

Absolutely not!!!! This was part of the reason my eczema was blowing out of proportion! This cleanser has a very harsh detergent included called sodium lauryl sulfate and it will slowly strip your healthy skin barrier and cause water loss over time. It can also clog up your pores if you have acne, don't know why many dermatologist were recommending this product.

This is an average daily face wash. I have a bottle of it sitting on my bathroom counter right now. It is delicate for the skin and isn't strong so it doesn't seem to aggravate my skin when I use it. The only issue I have is this face wash is really only for washing. It doesn't help with breakouts or anything like that.

For a long time I was using acne medicated (benzoyl peroxide) face washes to clear my skin. Recently I have medication related break outside worse than when I was a teenager. I decided to use something with no acne medication in it and this was my first try and it worked wonders! I was my face once in the morning and once at night, sometimes using the small moisturizer they also sell if I feel dry but that is rare. This did not dry out my face much at all since using it. My suggestion is to use this outside of the shower twice a day and have a face only towel. I pair benzoyl peroxide medication cream after washing, finish with a facial mist of witch hazel and it changed my skin drastically.
