I love this product and have been using it for years. It does a great job not only cleansing my face, but also removing all my makeup (I don't need to use any makeup wipes!). This product comes at a great price and is great for your skin - a win win.

I loveee cetaphil products ! And am still happy to be a customer... although being a graphic designer id like to point out how important how design truly matters especially in this situation. I recently bought the daily face cleanser when I meant to buy the gentle face cleanser. They look almost identical. My face does not so well with fragrances and as soon as I opened the bottle I could smell the perfumey smell :/ I'm really hoping I can take it back to trade it in! I've been using the products for a long time and they really help my acne proned skin - I'm so thankful for the company! Just hope they do a re branding (different color options choose different hierarchy placements of font choices or something to make it look different than the other new options available. It's great to have options but we also love the original products ! Thanks :)

I bought this as it was the only regular cetaphil face wash I could find (not gentle skin cleanser). I have been buying the Daily Facial Cleanser combination normal to oily skin for 15 years. I thought, since it was the only option, it would be comparable. After one use I woke up with a blemish, got a second one later that day. My skin is very specific and I break out when I deviate from my routine. I am so disappointed with this product. It is basically equal to the gentle skin cleanser (which also makes me break out). I cannot find my usual cleanser in stores and also don’t see it one the website. I hope this is not supposed to replace the regular daily skin cleanser because it is useless. I adore the brand cetaphil and would give my usual cleanser 5 out of 5 stars, this one gets 0.

Very gentle to your face without harshful ingredients. it doesn't lather but that's the point of not having toxic ingredients. you may do patch test overnight to check if you'll have allergic reaction first. purging can be another result. I'm not a pro, just patch test is always needed.

I love how gentle this cleanser is. I use it when my eczema flairs on my face. This is what my doctor had recommended to be years ago and has been my go-to ever since. It is easily accessible and price is very reasonable. Because the cleanser is so gentle, I can't really remove makeup with it, but I shouldn't be wearing makeup in the first place if my skin is flaring up.  

This is hands down one of the best skincare products ever created. It's gentle to my very sensitive skin, is extremely moisturizing and protects the skins outer layer. Best of all is how versatile it is as during the winter time I choose not to wash it off as this provides more moisture and when the weather is hot I do rinse it off and still get just enough

This is my morning routine face wash, I have tried plenty some top brands ($$$) Cetaphil has a gentle formula that removes excess oil w/o drying your skin. Most washes don't do what the packaging states this wash exceeded my expectations, will be looking forward to trying other products in the Cetaphil line

The BEST face wash I have ever found. I struggled with acne for years and finally resolved by taking prescription meds but this face wash has helped me keep a clear face once the medication ended. I tried switching it up a couple times and always went back to Cetaphil. I always recommend to friends. Good price and great product

I loved this product, I got introduced to it in high school. Its not an over whelming feeling on the skin. It cleared my skin within days and did its job perfectly. Its good value and not over priced. Maybe if they added a good smelling sent it could be better
