Most valuable drugstore cleanser ever , leaves your skin soft , bright , you can use it as a mask too when your skin is feeling to dry leave it for 15 min and don't wash it up , just retire the excesses with a dry clean towel , you'll thank me later , I love this product I can't stop buying it over and over again!!

I am absolutely in love with this product! I have very oily and very sensitive skin and I have used so many different products and none of them have done what I've needed them to do except this one! I saw a difference in my skin within a week and it's so refreshing on my sensitive skin! I highly highly recommend this product especially if you have oily sensitive skin!

This cleanser is good if you're not looking for too much cleansing. This is very gentle on the skin. It's not too drying on the skin since it's very gentle. I wouldn't recommend it if you're oily and looking for something to dry the skin. Overall, I would recommend it for long term use.

It's so unfair to us loyal customers (over12 years) that we have to discontinue a product because of a formula change. Why not put out a totally different product instead of reformulation? This new version is not "improved" it is worse than ever. My skin reacted to it poorly the very first use and has continued to break out. If your company had been receiving negative reviews on this product before reformulation, it is most likely from new customers who are still on the pursuit to finding a product that works for them. But for many of us, who have supported your company for over a decade maybe longer, it is unfair to switch up a product that has become a necessity in our daily routine. I liked the daily facial cleanser over the gentle because it did give a bit of that cleaner feel over the soft (moisturizing) feel. I have acne prone - combination skin that doesn't do well with acne products or oily skin products. PLEASE!!!!! Bring back the old formula.

I work for all the Networks and this facial cleanser is what we use on all the anchors, actors and guests when they finish their segments. No one has ever got irradiated. I highly recommend. Definitely a favorite for an affordable price and also highly recommended by most dermatologists

Dude! If  you suffer from sensitive, dry, oily or skin rashes from product use this is the stuff for you! I use this daily to remove my makeup and it took me too long to find it. This leaves my skin feeling soft, and does not leave me feeling dry or tight. Also,  it is so gentle it does not cause any breakouts or rashes! I love this!

This is my go to cleanser product. For a drugstore brand it might seem a little pricey, but compared to products by brands at higher end beauty stores, it's not bad at all—and, you get a lot for the price. It doesn't over-dry my skin, but cleans it very well, and has not made me break out

After trying many different brands, I am so happy that I found Cetaphil. It is gentle on my skin and never leaves burning or itching sensations like the other face washes I've tried. It doesn't have a strong smell either. Can definitely clear out a breakout and prevent them if you use it religiously like I do! Love it!

I just discovered today when I accidentally bought the wrong version of my cherished Cetaphil, which I have been using for over 40 years, that you seem to have eliminated your original product which was called Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser- Face & Body- All Skin Types Ingredients: water, cetyl alcohol, proplylene glycol, dodium lsutyl sulfate, stearyl alcohol, methyl paraben, proplylparaben, butylparaben. I desperately need this to be returned immediately…this is the only product I have ever been able to use to cleanse my face since I was a teenager. In fact my dermatologist from years ago was the one who invented this… it saved my skin which was very dry. But then he said due to you’re a patent laws, he was no longer allowed to make his. His was even better. But this is still the only one I’ve ever been able to use on my face to control both acne, eczema, and allergic reactions. PLEASE BRING IT BACK. I can’t use any of the ingredients in your other products now. VERY UPSET.

I will always have this cleanser in my bathroom! It's affordable but actually does what it supposed to do. My face feels clean and fresh after each wash. It doesn't dry my face too much and removes makeup very well. I always double cleanse and with this face wash I don't need to.
