I have very oily skin and tried using this. It is very gentle and not irritating, but it felt more like a lotion on my skin than a cleanser. It left my skin feeling like it has a slight film over it. I don't think this cleanser oily skin effectively, but I'm sure it's great for dry or sensitive skin!

This gentle wash pulls all my makeup off without needing to use more than one pump in my hand. I have noticed my skin feeling cleaner and I've had less breakouts than before. Great amount of the price. 4 stars only because it can be a little drying, but paired with a moisturizer works great. 

I like this cleanser. It's very lightweight and almost runny in my opinion. Which is good because I like to use it on my dry face and spread it as a cream and THEN add water and as I rinse it out I continue to massage my face. I use moisturizer afterwards.

This brand was my first foray into skincare, and will always appreciate the quality for the price! It's great for my combo/dry skin, and an effective gentle cleanser. I do need to take my eye make up off first, but it's a great product for anyone who is just starting to be more conscientious about how they are treating their skin!

Horribly drying for my skin and caused a breakout :( I tried it a few other times to see if maybe it was just a coincidence, and I hated to waste product, but nah. My skin just doesn't like it. It feels like it's stripping every last oil outta my pores in the worst way possible (you need your oils, just fyi.) Never purchasing again.

I've been using this for about a year and while i don't see too much of a difference between my face producing less oils, the production has slows down after using cetaphil and i love the way my face feels after using this product. it's affordable and it works perfect for sensitive skin and i'll continue to use until i find something better for a good price.

I’ve been using the product for almost 2 years. Since the pandemic started and the mask mandate was place, my face has been in scrambles. I’ve decided to use this product as a last result before going to the dermatologist. after all the products I’ve used this have been like gold for my face. Recently in the past 3 weeks my face has been breaking out and I couldn’t figure out why. Until I realized I’ve been using a new formula I got 3 weeks ago. My face have been in shambles. So I decided to to see if anyone else had the same problem. An I’ve found many committed uses of this product have experience the same issue. So on Saturday I’ve decided to go on a hunt to find the old formula and praise Jesus I was able to find it. I’ve been using it for 2 days and my face has been clearing up as usual. In a nutshell, please bring back the old formula. Due to the pandemic, companies have been switching ingredients, products etc. As a loyal customer, don’t hop on the same bandwagon.

Cetaphil cleansers and moisturizers have been very influential in my skin care routine. I went from a complicated 6 step routine and still had acne to a 2 step routine with Cetaphil and only a few other products to having clear skin. The cleanser is super gentle on the skin.

Light, washes away clean, minimal mild smell. Smoothes on easily. Works well with my Clarisonic Mia. The packaging is easy to use, but doesn't travel well as it takes up a lot of space. Doesn't irritate my dry, sensitive skin, even with twice daily use. I love this. 

Let me just start by saying that my skin is the absolute most sensitive. I have had so many failed attempts at finding a facial cleanser that works and doesn't make my skin irritated or break out. Until this product at least. Vera Phil is fragrance free and gentle on skin, does NOT leave you feeling dry. It is my favorite and I highly recommend it.
