My skin feels so soft after using this product! I have been using this cleanser for three years and I have never had a problem. My skin can get pretty dry and this helps with dryness and irritation on the skin. I also feel like all the dirt and grime from the day is taken off when I use this product. 

This stuff is pretty basic. It will clean your face for sure, but it won't do anything magical. At least, it didn't for me. I have very oily skin, and this didn't really help control that. Again, it will get the job done, but not necessarily improve your skin overall.

The Daily Facial Cleanser has quickly become a must-have in my skincare routine. It does a fantastic job of removing dirt, oil, and makeup without leaving my skin feeling stripped or dry. The formula is gentle and doesn't irritate my skin, even with daily use. I love that it creates a light lather and rinses off easily, leaving my face feeling refreshed and clean. I use this everyday before putting on my eye patches! It is clean, effective and most importantly for me, gluten free. I prefer an unscented cleanser due to my sensitive skin, this is always a must. It is very affordable too which helps to buy in bulk.

I use the Daily Facial Cleanser by Cetaphil daily. The neutral scent and smooth application works great for the face. It will remove any left over makeup or just wash off the dirt from a long day. We keep one by the sink and one in the shower. You will not be disappointed by this product.

This cleanser used to be very good but apparently the ingredients have changed. The smell is horrendous - smells like petrol or some toxic chemical. It also is impossible to wash the smell away. What happened Cetaphil? This is a brand new bottle so hopefully it won’t turn my skin orange or have breakouts. CERAVE is a better choice, no toxic smell!!

I've been using this for so long.  It cleans without overly stripping your face of the natural oils it needs to hydrate, but it also effectively removes last bits of makeup that you couldn't completely get off.  I definitely would buy this again, over and over.

The ONLY facial cleanser I'll use that doesn't break me out. Since it's non comedogenic, it doesn't clog my pores like other washes have. It doesn't really have a scent and doesn't lather, making it really easy to wash with. My skin feels so smooth and moisturized after using this.

I used cetaphil for years not and I loved the way it made my skin feel. I have very sensitive skin and I never had any issues. I just recently bought a new bottle not realizing that the ingredients changed and I broke out in hives and made my skin super red. I don't know why you guys changed the ingredients when it was working so well for people with sensitive skin. It sucks because I cannot use a lot of the facial soaps from other companies. Now I have to search for another brand that can work for me without irritating my skin.

I've used cetaphil daily facial cleanser for over 10 years. Never any problems. The new formula immediately had my skin reacting negatively. Red skin/irritation and my face literally burns after use. The consistency is also not ask thick as before and you have to use two pumps versus before one pump was sufficient. BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA PLEASE!
