The website itself was fine, very direct, but a lot of the terms were very confusing to understand and I didn't like how some of the things were diffrent. I've filed my taxes with TurboTax since I was sixteen, and some of the things I saw today I had never seen before, at least not that I remember. Honestly, it was just very confusing, like it was trying to get me to update and have an anget help.

Every year I get upset all over again that instead of being able to easily submit my taxes online directly to the IRS for free, companies like Turbo Tax bribed our politicians so that they can make billions. I literally just take the standard deduction every year. We need to get money out of politics.

I hate you, I always hate you. This product is a scam, basically an automated FreeFillableForms. You now take money for direct deposit? Absolutely ludicrous. Going to spend the next year getting to know how to submit returns for free to get out from under your abhorrently greedy thumb.

you are to much of a pusheee salesman. I wrote you in the beginning that I don't need max (I have a very simple litte income,) and you shove it under my nose again & again. You are making me to go next time to a tax return filer & pay him even $200 to do it & not nudge me the whole time. And don't say that turbo is free! it is not!!! the charges are getting born as you go

Just easy. Super easy. Alarmingly easy. It's so easy you're gonna think it's a crime. You're gonna be like, "wow this is really easy... Am I breaking the law? Is it illegal for it to be this easy? Should I be worried about the FBI from here out?" But nah fam. That's just Turbo Tax having your back.

I have used Intuit Turbox Tax for many years. This is the first time that I have EVER be dissatisfied with the product. It took me 4 days to file a simple tax return. I had to keep trying to figure out how I ended up in Expert Assist Delux mode and then trying to figure out how to get out was even more of a challenge and other features within the site gave me issues. Also, I understand that Turbox Tax needs to make money, but some of fees can be a bit much. I spent $128 dollars in fees just to file a $340 tax return. That's ridiculous! I know there is a "free" version but is it truly free? Now I see why the IRS is trying to make a way for tax filers to file direct in more states instead of using products like Turbo Tax. Hopefully, next year will be better. Once upon a time I highly recommended Turbo Tax to many people.

I think it was somewhat spendy for a free filing of my taxes to end up paying $163.00!! No matter what as an American we can never get ahead when we do anything because someone makes sure they get their part for absolutely nothing more than you all have ever done in the past!! That’s my opinion though, so Thank you for whatever you do that is so much more expensive than it should be!!

This is my first time using TurboTax. Had some trouble in your application on entering my Social Security information, since I had two SSA-1099 this year. Suggestion: make your notation about adding them together bigger. I accidentally went into Homestead to see if I could use it, but once I realized I couldn't, it still insisted I fill out the form. The only way I got out, was to go back and say I didn't owe a home. Suggestion: if someone doesn't want to fill out the form, they should be able to get out without filling it out. Why???? is a Nickname required to fill this REVIEW out? I don't have a nickname!!!!!

I am new to Turbo Tax this year. My return wa rejected due to an error on my child’s social security number, totally my fault. When I corrected and tried to refile I was stuck for over an hour. I called and was cale bck within 10 minutes. Danny was so patient and helpful, even teaching me things about my new iPhone I didn’t know. I am very happy with the services provided!
