Been usingTurbo Tax for over 10 years and I never get any kind of loyalty rewards or discounts and this year they advertise it's free but I still have to pay a fee. This will probably be my last year using them b/c there are so many FREE tax services out there now and obviously being a long time user doesn't mean anything anymore in this day and time. I'm Done

I used to Love TurboTax, it was so easy and cheap but now it seems so much more complicated and they will do any and everything to up charge you. Filing has been extremely frustrating the last few years.This year TurboTax wouldn't file my taxes unless I upgraded to the deluxe version which was "on sale' from $89 to $49 and I was paying with my refund, but I was still charged $89 with no option to change and no real explanation as to why. I will definitely be looking for alternatives next year. Ive been using Turbo Tax for many years and only had issues the past 2, I'm very disappointed to say the least.

Extremely frustrating - and RIDICULOUS - in having to agree again and again and again to having input the correct data for interest on CDs. I was asked to confirm data 46 TIMES on the last entry and 23-46 times on each of the last 12 entries (I did not count before then). I was almost going to give up and go with another preparer. In addition, I had to hunt to find how to report pre-paid estimated taxes. I owed money last year and was expected to prepay taxes this year. TurboTax DID prepare and send my taxes to IRS last year, but when checking out I was told you did not file my taxes so I needed to (incorrectly) check that another tax preparer did. Again, frustrating. In addition, I am not happy that I was asked for my username and password to my bank account. I have not been asked for it before and see no reason I should have to give it to you.

I have been using turbo tax for years. it makes simple tax filing easy and relatable. there are help tips that explain in layman's terms how certain numbers were provided. i will always use turbo tax. they're a very dependable source. I've never had any issues with preparing my returns nor receiving my refund since I've been using them.

Love the ease of using Turbo Tax. The system navigates you through all the questions in regards to potential tax credits; however, if you know that not any tax credits would apply then you can by-pass and just continue to move forward eliminating areas that are not applicable to you....saving time.

Every year, every time, only way to go! Turbo Tax 4 Life!! If you think doing your own taxes is scary, stop thinking and let Turbo Tax do your thinking for you. Simple, easy to understand and walks you step by step Start to finish. You’re left thinking wow, that was what I was worried about. If I can do it, anybody can! Just start with step 1 and until you know it, there are no more steps. You will be doing it again and again years later like me. Grab your taxes by the horns and get’er done!!

turbo tax is now looking for more reasons to charge more fees. Ive never paid a fee to get my return payment electronically. and added more fees on a form I did NOT have. will look for other ways to file my return next year, thanks. And on top of that another charge just to use my refund to pay for the additional charges.

TurboTax is way beyond appropriate monetization now. I will be going somewhere else next year. It's sad because I've been using this service for like 10 years. Pay a fee to use e-filing? Pay a fee to get direct deposit? Pay a fee to file federal, and a separate fee for state? Pay a fee for TurboTax to take the payment out of your return? Absurd. Thanks for the years of service.

As always, it makes it easy but it rakes you over the coals in fees. 40 to use my refund to pay what was already supposed to be free, than another additional 30 just to have it transferred directly to my bank account. It's honestly not worth it at all. I'm just too lazy to do it myself.

Charge extra for using your returns for the fee and an extra charge for doing direct deposit. Honestly that is ridiculous. I can understand if it were a paper check but to electronically deposit? Especially since they offer no fee to a credit karma account but a 35 dollar fee to an actual trusted bank account? I'm down over a hundred dollars of my return because of this.
