TurboTax is a great place for me to file my taxes for standard or 1040 easy. I have been using TurboTax for many years and have always had a great experience and will continue to do so each year when filing if it’s this easy and convenient each and every time.

It’s reliable enough that I feel confident hitting 'send' to the IRS, and the help features are always there if I get stuck. It’s a huge relief to have a tool that is this user-friendly and thorough. Worth every penny for the peace of mind!

the one box that needs to be filled for property tax should have an actual guide for finding the tax price, the line 2 f col. a. if you don't understand what i mean, its because after jumping through hoops just to find what it was, i didn't completely feel like remembering it because of how frustrating it was. it was only after i found it that relief took over and i didn't care any more. non the less, im not the only person thats had this issue, so i would recommend figuring out how to fix it.

TurboTax makes doing taxes way less intimidating than it has any right to be. The step-by-step guidance is super clear, it explains things in plain English, and it catches details I would’ve 100% missed on my own. I really like how it checks for deductions and credits along the way instead of making you guess. The interface is easy to use, even if taxes are not your thing (they are definitely not mine). It saved me time, stress, and probably money. Customer support options were also helpful when I had questions. Overall, TurboTax turns a painful annual chore into something manageable—and that’s saying a lot.

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and was a little surprised that it did not follow the simpler "follow me" type assistance in guiding me through the process. Could be simpler and quicker to complete the whole process. I other words, make is simpler but yet efficient in completing the various steps. Bottom line, you dotted all the crossed all the "Ts" in completing your objectives.

Was fine, finally fixed the having to pay. Had to pay to use turbotax before as active duty for the past 3 years even when it was advertised as free for active duty, also was annoying having to decline to pay more every step. If I'm going to pay to do my returns I'm going to pay for someone else to do them for me so I don't have to deal with the constant "upgrade for more features".

I was not able to go back and choose the basic "Free" Turbo tax option. I know your software does a comparison, but I wanted the option to go back and fine the basic software. Your product is outrageously priced, almost $100 to do the "recommended" E-filing and software usage. There is no money savings here.

Filing taxes doesn't get any easier than with TurboTax. I've been filing with TurboTax for several years and every year I'm amazed at how simple it is. It's fast, convenient, and accurate. The intuitiveness of the system's guidance is excellent. It puts all the ability to file my own taxes at my fingertips!

I have been using Turbotax since i was 16 and throughout the years its gotten harder to do. Keeps asking me to upgrade and now charges. I love that it explains things to me but with constant push for upgrading it throws me off. As well as the section about taking it out of my refund. It doesn't specify the extra charge. Also quick to charge card before even fulling submitting the return. Just miss the old Turbotax.
