The TurboTax Live experience is excellent; it is very user-friendly, features clear steps, and the system guides you through the tax-filing process step by step. If you encounter any uncertainties, you can directly consult a live expert—they respond quickly, and their explanations are easy to understand. The entire process saves both time and effort, making it an ideal choice for first-time filers or those who are not particularly familiar with tax matters.

Turbo Tax never gave me any early indication that I need to pay $143 for Turbo Tax software. My Tax filing was a simple one, and at the very end Turbo Tax mentioned that I cannot file without paying $143. If I would have known this in the very beginning, I would have not used Turbo Tax.

My first time preparing a tax filing myself and using TurboTax. It took me much longer than anticipated, but it's been a good experience, due to a lack of information on hand. I will be much quicker next year if I choose to self-prepare with TurboTax again. The process itself is pretty simple enough for me. However, I believe the cost can be lower (hehe). I've always had all my taxes done by a professional, and the fee was slightly higher.

Absolutely a disgrace that you make students upgrade to the Deluxe version just to enter a 1098-Q. Not only that, you make them enter it manually. It is absolute garbage. You are crooks stealing from students. You lost a customer, and a family of customers (4 kids). Dumb move. Goodbye.

I was caught in a never ending loop of being unable to downgrade by return to the free edition or clear my return because it had told me that I had already paid even though I had paid nothing. I wanted to add the max benefits option to my free return however it only showed me that option when I clicked the upgraded version - eventually I had tried to figure out how to get that set up so many times that it wouldn't even let me revert back to the free edition eventually. The only other option I had was to create a new account and start all over again which I didn't do because I have been using turbotax for years so it has years of information stored. So I ended up having to pay for the deluxe version ($79) and another $60 for state filing because I could no longer downgrade - only upgrade. Because, again, it told me that I had already paid for the service BUT I HAD PAID NOTHING. It's honestly ridiculous that you make a product selection that people can mistakenly click determinative of what final product they can choose and then state a reason that is categorically false. I have used turbotax for years and have always had a good experience but this might've ruined it for me.

It was actually pretty good, but inexplicably you changed it from FREE to FEE for federal. I am filing a AGI just over $3000 for part time work. No investment income. No interest income. No warning that I had entered into a FEE product. Disappointing.

Fast and easy and I am glad it is done. Taxes always seem like a nightmare. Here I had control and a helpful eye behind me. The best part is I couldn't make a wrong turn. So much nicer than waiting for my returns to be done by someone else. My daughter recommend thar I use TurboTax and and having everything at my finger tips. I can fill in a blank -I loved it.

It was so easy to use and helpful to navigate through difficult sections. When I had a rejection from the IRS, they walked me through where I needed to be and back onto the right track!

I’m really happy with the results. The fact that it had certain personal things already saved for me. It made it easy to understand what I was actually reading and applying for and middle overall experience simple thank you.

Ashley was very helpful although I could not navigate the process very well. however, I do like not having to go to the post office and print everything.
