Bait and switch Says requires a Medicare form that i dont need and says pay with refund for tthe required upgraded version except nope that is an additional 40 dollars so no not 49 89 bucks to file something that should be free.

With standard deduction it is easy to use, but seems like new fees each year. I dont remember paying a fee to a finance institution for direct deposit.

I agreed to pay the lowest price, By the time i was done they charged a fee over $30.00 Just to pay out my taxes. I have been filing with Turbo Tax almost 8 years! After this tax season NEVER AGAIN!!! I'm paying well over $150 to file my own taxes.

Turbo Tax is amazing because they guide you through every step. You don't even have to use a computer because their mobile app is amazing! I've used them ever since I was a teenager. I have no plans on leaving!

I wanted to change to not filing or paying for a NH state tax return as we are not required to file. I could not change that status so I am forced to pay for a return that is not being sent.

state filing kept having an "error" pertaining to my name on the form. It kept throwing me back into it to "fix". Now I have to file by mail which is extremely aggravating - especially since I paid to file online.
