I had no problems . Everything was very easy to understand. I just got confused with the deluxe chrge when I did not choose it but I was charged for it. That was not clear

My go-to tax filer every year. Only thing is that I wish it'd allow me to electronically file my 1NPR for Wisconsin state tax. But it auto-fills out the form, so it's just print and mail.

I think TT is great; however, I thought they offer a free option, which I was not able to select. I do like to do my own taxes, but at the end of the day, if I am forced to pay, I would have gone to a pro.

I was only getting a bit over $900 and you charged me $140 to fill because i over paid. Really doesnt seem fair. I can see if I over paid by thousands but was not the case.

Turbo tax was very easy to use and I recommend it to every one that is doing their taxes for the time on their own.they guided me through it in a step by step process

some of the questions seemed confusing but I was able to ask questions and start to understand how to continue the process. it was faster than estimated can't wait to use it again next year.

If you are filing a simple return- TurboTax is the way to go! I am disappointed that TurboTax now charges $35 to deposit your return into your bank account. Unnecessary to become greedy.

Every year I used TurboTax. For two years I have had to file 1040 ES taxes, which TurboTax calculated. The following year Turbotax does not import this into the new year and each time I have to figure out where to input the 1040 ES payments.

I'm an easy form but it was really quick and easy to do this. Price is comparable. Guidance is easy. You just answer a bunch of questions. REPEAT CUSTOMER!
