I've been using Turbo Tax for nearly a decade and it's always been easy to use and helpful when I need things explained or where to find the information needed.

Easy to do in less than an hour. Been using Intuit for over ten years and never had any issues. I will keep coming back as long as they keep it this way.

Used to be seamless. Now it doesnt integrate with the pdfs you upload. It should also read last years returns. Finally, the website is glitchy and questions are redundant.

I love using turbo tax I use it every year, its so easy to use and helpful. If youre looking for a quick and easy way to do your taxes I reccommend using TurboTax!!

Accurate and compatible, asks too many times to upgrade, way too much to just file, will not be using next year, I would rather pay someone to do it for me than to pay turbotax

Useless service that could be automated by the government. Great way for degenerates to nickel and dime consumers. It's hard to hate a company more than I hate turbo tax.

The step by step help tools and pop-up guides were a huge help! I was able to use thata information and answer my tax questions accurately. Filing was a breeze.

Pretty simple, it directs you to where you need to go. It's difficult to go back on though, I accidentally got charged because I chose a platinum package that I didn't mean to click on.

i dont think its fair i had to pay $97 for delux when i never contributed to a retirement plan, that was a mistake made by my company that was fixed . I never paid anyything
