I will not be using turbo tax in the future and would highly recommend anyone review their options before initiating a return with turbotax.

requiring me to use the deluxe version just to submit a W2 and a 1099 and causing my state and federal return to be 143$ is criminal.

Been retired for decades BUT TurboTax insisted I complete a Penna form ....had to input fake information to allow efile to take effect.

TurboTax made a serious error on my state return and I had to pay taxes I didn't owe. It took many hours over two days to correct the error.

Your fee took over 50% of the refund!! This may be my last time using Turbo Tax! You guys are robbing your customers!

Decent experience however, I accidentally selected the deluxe do it your own refund and it wouldn't let me unselect that and file for free.

Easy to use, very thorough. I did mine and also helped my wife and my daughter do their with TurboTax.

Your service acts like scam, so many under lining fees. Will not use next year. And understand why you are in a lawsuit/

I dont understand most of the fees but it's fast and easy. It is confusing sometimes but at least we can get it done.

My wife and have been using Turbo Tax for about 16 years and very satisfied with this service. This year, 2026 it seems easier than ever.
