it would be better if for younger people filing they taxes that the wording wouldn't be so confusing and more understanding

It was actually easier than I thought. Walked you right through it and made sure you had all the discounts.

I was having a difficult time with the IRS website so ai decided to give TurboTax a shot. It was a breeze.

Pretty good, they walk you through everything. Sucks that I can only use the agent at the very end of my filing process.

Pretty quick, easy enough. Likely using again. Have your last years tax return on hand to make it easy.

your fee are ridiculous . 40 fee for paying with your tax return, 60 to file with the state and 80 coming out over 180 in fees

Pretty good experience so far. It seemed fairly easy to use. I have always used the desk top version. On line was great as well

It's was a lot easier than I expected. Preparation is the key for processing but turbo tax will walk you through every step.

Terrible. I will never use this again. Both myself and my girlfriend had too many issues with this product. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Turbo Tax.
