Had to get help due to a glitch in reading my W2's. The expert was so patient and helpful and we were able to get it worked out. Made it easy to file taxes from home and not go into a tax preparing with all my docs.

The ease of use with a simple to use interface is excellent. I see that it has multiple features that help with guidance towards getting the most accurate refund possible.

I freaking love this company. App, website, it doesn't matter. It's always simple, year after year, no matter how many 1099's I have, it's always a piece of cake. And If I'm struggling, there is always someone standing by to help.

I have been using TurboTax for many years and this new interface sucks. Normally I have purchased a CD and have had complete satisfaction with the interface.

Turbotax would be a great service if it were paid for by taxes during the year that could be written off, instead of charging for a service that should be free for everyone with all companies.

This software is garbage and and was glitchy. It was 80$ and frequently got stuck. It did not save my information correctly, and I had to submit my taxes twice because the IRS caught the error. Wil never use this again. Waste of my time.

I have a very easy federal tax return and turbo tax makes it very hard. I receive social security and pension that all. I'll probably file next year the old fashion way. Thanks for making this very unpleasant

Overall easy to use and pretty quick. Can be confusing with more complicated returns like when you have kids. Also can get a little pricey with all the add ons.

It was efficient for sure. It was really aggravating to do the e-file and then there was hidden charges which I wasn't fan off. Can't say I'll use this again. It was cheaper going with someone else. Not impressed.

Because I had one 1099-MISC I couldn't use your free Turbo Tax to file my return. Instead, I had to pay over $95 to complete my return which was more than 75% of my refund. My wife and I are senior citizens trying to live on our Social Security.
