everything is good, when i had a chat with agent, they took screen share, they are able to see my SSN. i am terrified when they see my ssn and details, you guys needs to fix that.

At the end of filing, TurboTax adds optional products like MAX Benefits that I did not select and makes them difficult to remove. This feels misleading and unnecessarily stressful when you're just trying to file your taxes.

Easy experience every year! I don't like the new fees. However, overall; great experience. There was a glitch with the EIC portion. Be sure to triple check that section. I had to do a search in order to re-view it.
