Once again ya'll charge way too much to file taxes. You're lucky I haven't figured out how to do it another way. I will figure it out!!! Thanks, I guess, for the help and fun animations. :)))))

Very disappointed. I've been using TTAX Online for 5 years and it could not hook me up with my past history-requiring me to enter redundant info. If that's the case, next year we'll probably try another vendor.

Although turbo tax was not hard to use, I accrued too many fees and will be looking into other options next time. it seems that more are fees are added each time I use turbo tax.

Turbo Tax seemed very thorough. I love the help screens and the dialogue as I worked through the various forms. Turbo Tax seemed to be very friendly and helpful.

I have used TurboTax for years. It's a great website and program. However, the app kept crashing when I was trying to use it. As much as I recommend the website, the app is absolutely horrible.

TurboTax used to be great for filing my taxes. Now it just feels like a money grab. They advertise the free version but, it is no longer free. This will be the last year I file with them.

Makes filing for your taxes and easy as 123. The features I like is the little boxes that pop up to check on how your doing. No games straight to the point. The fastest I've ever filed before.

I love using turbo tax because how it helps you feel comfortable with filing your tqaxes by yourself. They explain everything every step of the way and when i cross check it with other tax preparers the information is always accurate.
