It was my 1st time filling my taxes with TurboTax, but it was so easy to do. everything was well explained to a point that I could fully understand the process.

I am so mad, I feel like Turbo Tax sets traps and waits to fool and mislead! Never again. I haven't even filed the State part but yet I have already been made to pay $49. What a farce!

The software was very user friendly. I woud recommend to any single parent that doesn't have the funds to go to an accountant. I am not tech savvy and still understood it.

150 bucks to do the most basic filing. the charges never stop. you get to a page and the add a fee. this will probably be my last year using turbotax. i could use a local person for the same or less.

Turbo tax makes it easy to file your taxes. They make it self-explanatory, and if you do have questions, they have experts to help. I have used Turbo Tax for years, and they have never let me down!

This is the first year I decided I was done paying one of those offices $300-$500 to prepare my taxes. I am confident I completed this correctly as I was walked thru everything step by step. Super easy.

was simple to use, especially if you used turbo tax before and are able to transfer info from last year did not like the fact that they limited your interest income and made you upgrade to charge you

A lot of hidden fees. Not free even though I have a lower income and will not receive a large refund. Will not likely do through turbo tax for next year.

As a computer programmer I found this application easy to use & when I needed help it was easy t find & gave me the information I needed - great job Turbo Tax

UNfortunatly I was locked out of fileing my taxes for a time, that has since been fixed so I give it 3 stars for helping me set everything up, but preventing me from officially filing for just over a week and a half fro when I initially started.
