It went very well......EXCEPT an apparent glitch asking me for Canadian something even after I said no to living abroad in any of the listed countries.

I have been using TurboTax for the past 5 years and It's always a simple experience. The only things I'm confused about are the promotions that say free filing. But it never seems to be free, not including other fees from State, etc.

The forms were easy to complete and very self-explanatory. The helpful explanations which were expanded were clear and useful. The expert, Tanya, who helped me with one problem was very courteous and made it much easier to complete the forms.

I just answered the questions and completed my taxes in no time. I do wish I could have upgraded to a live chat while doing my taxes but it all worked out fine.

This product is wildly overpriced. $88 to produce a one page tax return. Straight up rip off. Only reason I use it is for the direct deposit (and I'm lazy).

Honestly really fast. I don't remember why I stopped using them but happy to be back. I needed to use their loan feature this year. Time are hard and I need money ASAP and taxslayer doesn't offer that

Very helpful and easy to use. The support is always available very quickly on the side of the page when ever i needed a deeper understanding on a certain topic.

The ease of use with a simple to use interface is excellent. I see that it has multiple features that help with guidance towards getting the most accurate refund possible.

Love using this app. It helps me so much and I been using this for couple years now since I have had my own kids. Only app I use with my info. Always get a good number and my money is secured.

What a mess they made of the product this year. Instead of being able to scroll up an down a page, I either had to scale down the screen or tab through. Not a good look!!
