All good and it took me few steps and is pretty self explanatory, I just do not understand why I have to pay to pay taxes BUT this is a different topic. KUDO to you all for finding a business model to make money of absolutely nothing!

Just wish it didn't have to charge you just to deposit YOUR money into YOUR account. I appreciate the KreditKarma account option, but when paying bills I'm not certain if that can be used with all creditors.

everything is good, when i had a chat with agent, they took screen share, they are able to see my SSN. i am terrified when they see my ssn and details, you guys needs to fix that.

It's makes filing your taxes easy, but it's expensive. TurboTax used to be cheap, but it costs more than 1/4 of my refund just to file, without any of the additional services.

Turbo tax is so easy to use. However, lat year there was an option to pay state taxes with your refund and it wsta option this year. Would have preferred it tbh.

I enjoyed the experience. The help features were helpful. The calculations were accurate. It ran well on my system. The software was compatible with my tax situation.

I've been using TurboTax for years! I really appreciate how quick and easy it is to use with its step-by-step features and Q&A options. I also value being able to easily and readily check the status of my taxes with the text and email features.

One of the best Tax Filing experiences i have ever had is when i started filling with Turbo Tax, have done it for 3 yrs now and will never go back to a big chain preparer again

My phone call was done very poorly(expert phone call) and I still had to pay out of pocket for it. But personally the rest of the process was smooth going.
