I'm 35 years old and these has been the only way that I have ever did my taxes since I started working when I was 16!! They are fast and easy. You can do them yourself. They have great people if you need help. The best!!

Although Turbo Tax costs a bit more I was able to complete e-filing whereas H&R Block was cheaper but would not allow me to file electronically. Would like to see cheaper rates before giving five star but overall great features.

i did not like you added two extra fees when i done it for 6 yrs my taxes never gotten chach for tec fees and srt fee which i have no freaking clue what that stands for

It’s easy to go through the steps and file. It’s convenient My only complaint is the fact that the fees are getting hight and there’s more fees each year.

TurboTax is easy to use, displays accurate information, is efficient, and ultimately productive. The topics provide comprehensive explanations and make processing tax returns user-friendly.

the fees for being a free tax return service are almost half or more of a regular tax prep place. when my tax return is as simple as it was, it should not be $166 of a $823 tax return. ;)

Takes $128 out of refund for $49 service, starting to wonder if its worth continuing to use. May look into a new tax provider next year if this keeps up.

The extra added fees is absolutely ridiculous. Went from paying to file state taxes, to 3 other added fee's. I will be looking at other companies in the future.

Using TurboTax made time go go by much quicker for me when it comes to filing taxes didn't have to deal with difficult people or be confused on anything thanks so much for all of your help

you people are something i tell you. i won't be use turbo tax ever again. you forced me to pay with a credit card instead of use part of my return which was plenty to cover the cost of your stupid amount to file one w2
