it was very informative and clear. However, they did not disclose before hand that certain tax related istuations, like education credits, arent included for free in the do it yourself.

This software was easy to use. Plus I am thrilled that I dont have a fee to prepare my taxes. Other softwares lead you to think that it's free but have to pay $100+ dollars.

TurboTax was a great experience overall and easy to navigate. First time filing myself and honestly was a relief from stress. I was able to go through each step without an expert.

I appreciate the ease of filing and explaining of everything so I didn't need to second guess what I need to do. I used to pay $800 to get taxes done just to be capable of doing it myself for less than $150.

I've used TurboTax for many years. This year and last year, they have been putting in more hidden fees that you're unable to see until the very last moment of signing. advertised as $39 when in actuality it was over $150

Still my favorite tax product but the amount of garbage you try to push while doing my taxes has gotten out of hand. If I want to pay for the extra products, I will, but I don't want them shoved in my face constantly.

I always choose the option to do my taxes myself. Turbo still offers guidance along the way and I don't feel confused when I'm finished. I will always use TurboTax!

I use it every year no problems then this year it filed my federal without my state then 3 weeks later made me refile it all. I’m going through a lot right now is and it was a big inconvenience. Won’t be using again

All of the fees are ridiculous and frustrating. I am not exactly sure how I am getting my state refund when confirming that I am filing. The only positive is that I got a bigger return using Turbo Tax than other sites.

This is my second year using the automated system....and while I had more items to include this year.....the system was great overall.....Time efficient....Easy to understand....A great use of my time and resources available to me.
