I had no trouble filing in with their automated fill in with a snap of picture. It is accurate, fast, and easy to follow along. I love how they have a learn more option that shows on the side.

I just answered the questions and completed my taxes in no time. I do wish I could have upgraded to a live chat while doing my taxes but it all worked out fine.

Makes the experience very easy to step through. I switched from OLT, and like that i can log into accounts. I am hoping it will make it easier next year too. To allow Turbotax to ingest tax information so i dont have to go seaching each year

TurboTax made it very easy to my taxes alone and they answered any questions that I had. I definitely recommend going through them to file your taxes!

Product did what it is supposed to. Good job. Forcing people to use your preferred bank to receive a fee free direct deposit is not a very honest business practice.. i guess you get what you pay for . undecided if i will return next year.

Been using turbo tax for years. Speedy process and mostly pain free. The option to get your refund early for an additional fee is nice as well in a pinch

Fed tax return goes good online but my return for 2024 was rejected because I didnt file 2023s through turbo tax and had to print forms and mail it in. Idk why that mattered.

It's really annoying that using turbo tax used to be free and there were no charges to deposit refunds and now there are so many fees by the end your still taking all my money.
