Unexpected fees at the end, after I'd paid what I expected to pay to TurboTax. Additional $35 for processing or $0 if I open a Klarna account? So shady and sneaky. I've used TurboTax the past decade but won't be using them next year.

STARED OUT OK ON FREE FILE, THEN AT THE END ALL THESE FEES WAS AUTOMATICALLY ADDED THAT I DID NOT AGREE TO. EVERY TIME I TRIED TO DECLINE FEES ANOTHER ONE WAS ADDED. GOT TIRED OF TRYING TO DELETE THEM SO I ACCEPETED THEM.
