I'm not sure why every year it says it's free and I never select any product only hit continue but still costs almost 200$ each year to file for "free". I give no stars if possible wasn't there a whole lawsuit about this

I don't recall clicking on anything that asked me for a charged service, but I was forced to pay 79 dollars for that service which I did not want. Regardless everything else worked fine.

The guidance to complete and answer any questions I might have had on my return was phenomenal. I had a really easy time working through my tax return with the help of the AI.

Everything is find until you have to link your 1099-NEC to Schedule-C/ The "double click to link" button doesn't work at all. Very frustrating and ruined my experience.

Very easy instructions. I did TurboTax last year and I feel that this year is a little bit easier. I’m assuming you’ve updated some things either way very easy to use.

Too many prompts and pressures to add features I don't want or need like "MAX Defense". I've used TurboTax for over a decade and this will probably be my last year. Would happily pay someone else more money for a lower-pressure experience.

I completed it for free last year, and upon checking online information there still should have been a free option. But the UI didn't offer me a free option, I was forced to pay, or else abandon more than an hour of effort.

Fees got even more hidden and ridiculous. Disgusting billing practices. I have to use this to make sure it's done right, and you do that service in a correct and streamlined manner, so it's an unfortunate shame that you price gouge the poor. Shame.

I did all the filing myself, from my home, from my own computer and entered it all in MYSELF. And I am being charged over $200 for it? I'm getting literally less than fifth of what my return was. Thank you for nothing?

Turbo Tax was very user friendly and helpful. It really made the experience great! This was my 1st time doing my own taxes and was a little nervous but the step by step process made it comfortable.
