You charged me extra to file my state tax returns even though I, a servicemember, do not pay or file state income tax. I plan to pursue a refund on that portion.

Total rip off. Expect way to much money but thank you next year I'll start sooner and find something way cheaper. You charged $168 and I did all the work.

Turbo tax tries the best it can to steal as much money from you as possible. If you can find any other site besides this one, please for god's sake use it. I will never be using turbo tax again after this disaster of a tax filing session.

Turbo tax was very easy to navigate and to use. It made filing my taxes easier than easier and a lot mr inexpensive compared to getting a tax preparer.

I dislike the fact that you waste your time to complete the State return as you think it is included free of charge. Along with this, the MANY other misleading factors to get you to spend more money.
