My experience with TurboTax has been excellent for the past three years. It's a secure platform that saves previous information, eliminating the need to start from scratch and saving a lot of time. What I like most is how it summarizes and compares your financial situation from year to year.

Turbotax does a great job in making file taxes easy. There is a step by step process in maximizing a refund which is always appreciated. Have questions? There are Turbotax experts who are willing to help. Once again, thank you Turbotax for making filing my taxes for 2025 a smooth one, much appreciated!

It's disgusting that there is such a large fee to transfer the refund to account and/or pay via my own refund. Most transfer fees don't exceed 10 dollars even so $40 is crazy. I'll be manually filing my taxes moving forward and encouraging others to do the same.

It is a very helpful tool, but I wish that they would be upfront about the cost. Stop saying it's all free when it's not. I like TurboTax, but also when I went to try and ask why I was being charged extra money, I could only talk to an AI chatbot that was asking me for contact info that TurboTax already has. I appreciate that TurboTax helps me get my taxes done in a simple way, but I wish they would be more honest about pricing and limit AI usage.

I have done my own taxes for over 25 years using TurboTax and this is my 2nd year using the online version. I was really impressed how simple and easy the return process was. I was great that I was able to upload my documents and have it fill out the forms for me, which helps greatly with accuracy. There were no compatibility issues with there product being online. The interface was very intuitive. I was offered guidance along the way which was very comforting. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to do their own taxes.

The service was very quick and easy to use, however. It is very misleading when I refuse deluxe packages more than 3 times on a website that's service was advertised as "free", and I still ended up paying back a good amount of what was refunded to me just for the standard service. Paying for the service is not the issue for me personally its really the false advertisement.

My experience with Turbo Tax was good as always. Had a little delay entering my retirement income numbers Form 1099 R but overall, it went well. Thank you!

Turbo Tax provided an easy and efficient way for me to complete my taxes! The directions were simple to follow along and it aids the client with the ease of filing.

TurboTax did an outstanding job of leading us through our income and expenses. The review process was very helpful, and it helped us find a significant deduction we missed.

Turbo Tax seems to be very thorough even though I have a very simple return. Because of this it took longer to prepare the return than it would otherwise.
