It's really soft and comfortable. It is definitely medium - not plush/pillowtop, and not firm. The mattress is pretty supportive, though. Some softer mattresses have caused me back pain, but this one does not. It has a foam feel, not innerspring, which is to be expected. The edge has good support as well.. After I unwrapped it, it puffed right up to size really fast. It's not overly heavy. I'm quite happy with this mattress. It often takes several weeks to really know how a mattress is doing, and I've only been using it for a few days, but I'm really happy with it so far.

This mattress is very comfortable. The medium feel is a perfect in between of soft and firm. I love that it comes in a box which makes it easy and convenient to transport and set up. This mattress is just as good as my previous high dollar one and definitely more budget friendly.

This mattress is a bit firm (to be expected as it's a medium) but still comfy enough to get quality rest/sleep. The gel part of the mattress does provide a cooling feel to it which should be a bonus feature for the spring/summer months. If you're like me, a medium or firm mattress should be a priority when dealing with back pain. I think this mattress definitely checks that box.

This mattress is amazing. I actually wanted my grandpa to test it out and he thinks it’s the best thing that’s ever happened to a bed is simply perfect. It’s firm yet you melt into the bed. I think that’s the best way to put it. The rules has to be in a month or two after it’s been slept in for multiple nights to see if it stays.

it’s honestly one of the best sleep decisions I’ve made in a long time. The first thing I noticed was how incredibly soft the top layer feels — not in a sinking, overly plush way, but in that perfect, cloud-like softness that makes you want to dive right in. It’s the kind of comfort that hits you immediately. What surprised me most is how well the softness is balanced with support. Since it’s a hybrid, you get that cozy euro top on the surface, but underneath there’s a solid combination of springs and foam working together. It gives you enough structure so you don’t feel like you’re sinking too deep, while still letting your body relax fully. I wake up feeling way more rested and with less stiffness than before.

This is a fantastic mattress. The delivery was really simple to manage, as the queen mattress came rolled up in a relatively small box that was easy to pull into the house. We pulled the rolled mattress in a thick protective plastic bag out of the box (see picture with review), cut the plastic to remove it, and within minutes the mattress was already nearly in its final shape...super easy and minimal waste that needed to go into the trash/recycling cans. A few hours later, all the little creases and depressed corners were fully raised and uniform. The mattress definitely had a foam smell to it as it was acclimating to the house, but was mostly gone within a few days. The quilted top is plush and feels very premium, with a noticeable coolness to the touch. The stitching is very well-done and the entire product seems to be high quality. Moving it upstairs was a bit of a challenge due simply to its substantial weight as a hybrid mattress (we wished we had the room to take it out of the box up there, which we'd definitely recommend if possible for ease), but the two strong handles on the side of the mattress helped. We lifted the bed onto our queen bed frame and it fit great, as you can see in the photo below...it comes right out to the edges/corners without hanging off at all. Putting the mattress protector and sheets on was very easy and everything fit well without slipping off, which is great since that's always a big pet peeve of mine. The firmness is indeed "medium" as advertised, however the plush top made it feel a bit softer (which we liked). My wife and I both slept well on it the first few nights, with little adjustment from our primary mattress necessary. It's winter here now, so I can't say for certain whether it would sleep warm or cool in the summer, but it's very comfortable temperature-wise as of now. Overall, we are both impressed with the mattress and the quality of sleep we get on it. It's going to be in our guest room and will be a much-appreciated upgrade for our guests when they come to stay at our house. Overall, we highly recommend this mattress!

Right away, I loved this mattress. The size is fantastic. It is a bit wider and thicker than the full mattress I currently sleep on. I love the blend of the soft top layer, but the medium firmness of the main layer. I have neck pain and this mattress really helped alleviate pain while sleeping. The mattress also has very high quality stitching which is important to me for longevity. When I spend money on a mattress, I want it to last. I also really loved the handles to help move the mattress.

This mattress popped out of the box beautifully. I followed instructions and didn't lay on it for at least twenty four hours, but it looked like it would have been ready immediately or after thirty minutes, the thickness of the mattress is hotel quality. I am not disappointed at all with this mattress definitely worth the purchase.

Oh. My. GOD. This mattress is PERFECT. It’s very thick, so be prepared for that, but it’s also not overly soft. It provides a wonderful balance of support and firmness without feeling like sleeping on a stone slab. I’ve been sleeping on this mattress for like a week now, and I’ve noticed my back issues are starting to lessen a lot. Also, a lot of of these memory foam mattresses, have a really strong odor when they’re delivered, but this one was perfectly fine. Also, it took no time for it to expand into its full form. Maybe like 10 seconds. No lengthy expansion period for like 24 hours.

So far so good! We’ve used this mattress for a couple days, and so far, we enjoy it! It puffed up quite quickly (we slept on it the night we opened it) and only had a slight smell that didn’t last longer than a day. It is taller than our previous mattress, which takes some getting used to. It is quite comfortable! It’s a nice mix of firm, but soft, slightly more on the soft side. I wasn’t sure if I’d like the soft, but I’ve enjoyed it! The mattress cover already on the mattress seems to have some cooling properties. It is slightly silky and not knitted like our previous mattress which was very warm. We put our own mattress cover on the mattress, so we’ll see if the cooling comes through or not, but it already seems to be not as warm as our previous mattress. I’m hopeful that this will be a great mattress that will last us a while! Thank you, Sam’s Club!
