I have always been hesitate to buy a mattress that comes im box. They have the reputation of being cheap and not comfortable. When this mattress arrived I knew my mindset had changed. The box was extremely heavy. Which led me to start thinking this is gonna be a nice quality mattress. This fit the bill. It’s the most comfy and Luxurious mattress I have ever owned. It has handles on the side to easily move and a euro top for that extra comfort. If you are thinking on getting this. Stop and buy it.

Great bed! Queen size came out of the box and puffed to the right side with in minutes and was ready to be used. Super comfortable. Kid approved and tested and the dogs love it too. Nice pillow top not to soft not to hard just right. Definitely will be buying one for my self.

I’ve been extremely happy with the Member’s Mark Eurotop 13" Hybrid Mattress in the medium feel. The firmness is absolutely perfect—not too soft, but still very comfortable and supportive. The eurotop adds just the right amount of cushioning without making the mattress feel plush or sinky. One of the biggest benefits for me has been how much it’s helped my back pain. I wake up feeling supported and refreshed, with far less discomfort than I had on my previous mattress. Needed a mattress for my kids and I found this mattress. My wife was very skeptical about a bed in a box. Was able to talk her into trying it and it didn’t disappoint. Just as comfortable as my Serta mattresses. We will be buying one for our room very soon

DO NOT buy this mattress!! I tried to order a Member’s Mark Hybrid Queen mattress thru our Sam’s Club App. For some reason it kept denying the order. So I called customer service and she helped me order it on my Sam’s App. It went thru as a delivery from the store. Let me tell you this is the WORSE mattress! I don’t know if we received a defective mattress, but you can not sit on the side of it without falling/slipping off 🤬 The mattress comes compressed in a box, once the plastic is taken off it expands into a Queen size mattress. I was assured upon ordering that Sam’s has 100% satisfaction. I have been on the phone being escalated to another customer service dept for 1 hr and 5 mins to be told we needed to take it back to the store for replacement or refund. We are 67 yrs old and 64 yrs old how do we get this back to a store that is 40 miles round trip? So disappointed in this mattress and customer service! We gave our old mattress to a needy family in our area so now we need to figure out how to return it. Mattresses aren’t cheap and neither is gas 🤬 Spend your money on other mattress NOT this one. We have been Sam’s Club customers for a long time! Not sure where their rating comes from?

The mattress comes in 3 comfort levels. My wife and I combined are less than 250 pounds. We like firm. Unfortunately, sight unseen and untested, the firm was firmer for her than she should have expected. Sam's backed its guarantee with a replacement mattress. They picked up the firm mattress after replacing it with a medium firm. She is happy with the medium and so am I. Sam's gave us extraordinary support as they state in the sale. I don't recommend what we went through, but it is comforting to have both a great mattress and a business that puts customers first.

Bottom line: I sent it back. This mattress was not comfortable at all and was very hard, even though I purchased the "medium". Extra deep sheets did not fit, either. All but two of the reviews were "incentivized" which should have been the first clue that the extraordinarily large number of high ratings may or may not have been really accurate. I learned 3 lessons with this purchase. 1) Take incentivized reviews with a huge grain of salt, especially with a purchase of something as big and relatively expensive as a mattress. 2) If returning, check in with the local club first about options. You cannot work with the local club once an action (return or replacement) is initiated online and the local club will not assist. 3) DO NOT USE THE Sam's Club AI chat bot!!!! Insist on speaking with a person. It may take a while, but absolutely insist on speaking with a person. There were several things that happened throughout this process that could have been much easier and taken less time had I been able to speak to a real person. A few things had to be reversed (including an automatic "replacement" of anidentical mattress--that I did NOT want). I ended up spending quite some time on the phone with a couple of different people (including a supervisor) cleaning up the issues created by the AI etc. Ultimately, all was resolved, but it was a painful experience filled with lessons learned.

I was VERY skeptical about ordering a mattress online. I suffer with many physical issues.. low back, neck, spine, arthritis, migraines, etc. A good night sleep is PARAMOUNT to my general well-being. I read the reviews %26 i have to say...that completely put my mind at ease. I need a mattress that gives me support but also soft to the touch. This one offered both at an extremely reasonable price. It came within a few days.... I was shocked to see how small the box was. I did exactly as instructed. I'm limited on available space, so I had to let it expand leaned it up against my bedroom wall, next to my bed for the full 48 hrs. Took my old mattress off, put this one on and it only took 15 seconds for me to fall in LOVE!! This one is a little deeper than my old queen. I have the "deep pocket" sheets %26 they never fit my old one quite right. They fit this new one like a glove. First night....exceptional. The entire top of the mattress did not sink in when i moved around on it %26 felt like a dream to sleep like that for the first time in years. Woke up the next morning %26 felt like a new woman. Nothing ached, felt refreshed and ALL of my sheets/bedspread we exactly as they were when i went to bed. that is how i knew i was keeping it. I am always so impressed with the Members Mark brand. We use so many of their items and they stand behind all of them 100%. if on the off chance you would have to return and choose another, they do everything they can to make sure you are happy. You won't find a better brand or price for new mattress. If you are in the market, DEFINITELY try them.

I was a little skeptical about buying a mattress for less than $600, but this has been a great purchase. My old mattress was a sleep number that we paid $4,000 for back in 2011. I was not expecting to get the same quality sleep from the Members Mark mattress. Wow! I was wrong! I’m one happy sleeper.

Love these mattresses. This is the third that we have owned. Love the support bus still soft enough to be considered comfy. The cover unzips which is also really handy. Definitely for people who want support and a soft top mattress.
