The product delivered have wrong and missing parts. Customer service is slow and they have no idea when replacement parts will come

unboxed the shed and took out all the pieces to realized the box is missing the first bag of parts needed so now waiting on lifetime suppport to reply

Overall assembly went well. The assembly manual was not very clear and had to open the video for clarification. I am satisfied with the completed shed.
