Taste great with no stomach upset

I’ve used a lot of mre products for YEARS and no complaints……until now, these are the most disgusting flavored shakes I’ve ever tasted, tbd chocolate is EXTREMELY sweet and nothing like the cupcakes, the Twinkie tastes like the liquid antibiotics (amoxicillin) for children but WORST.  Stick with the regular chocolate, vanilla and strawberry shortcake mre RTD.  This could be the worst 30.00 I’ve spent in a while

Disgusting, just don’t

Been trying the Redcon1 MRE LITE Hostess Variety Pack lately and honestly it surprised me in a good way. Most ready-to-drink protein shakes either taste chalky or way too artificial, but these actually taste like a legit treat without feeling heavy. The Hostess flavors are spot on, especially when they’re cold straight from the fridge.

Big fan of the texture too smooth, filling, and easy to grab after the gym or during work when I don’t have time to make something. Doesn’t leave that weird protein aftertaste either. Definitely a solid option if you want higher protein without feeling like you’re forcing down a typical shake.

A new must have!
