Not good at all! We bought a 2pack and 1 pack was ok (or so i thought), but the other was as solid as a brick. They sent me a replacement and both packs were solid as bricks again. Decided to use the one pack that thought was ok and after the first use it didn't work anymore. Do not waste your time or money with this.

I have not used the product yet but give it 3 stars because of its name. Red yeast, more commonly red yeast rice, is a dietary supplement. This seems to be regular yeast used for baking—which I want. The adjective “red” on the packaging does nothing but cause confusion. Is Member's Mark trying to imply an association with Red Star yeast? Is “red yeast” somehow different than plain ‘ol instant dry yeast? I don't know.

No one at the Club has any idea about this product. Was advised the Fleischmann's was out of stock to return the following week. I've gone back 3 weeks in a row and they STILL do not have it. Not even the Member's Mark brand at the store. This is horrible Service not knowing what to tell customers after multiple times recommending they return in a week.

it's working really good. i had problems with the other one. but this is wirking great. I'm a pastry chef and have to bake every day. so far not disappointed

It works good when you first open the bag after that first day it dies and you have a lot of worthless yeast do not recommend

Very inconsistent. Sometimes it takes hours for the dough to rise. Next time it seems uncontrollable. We run a bakery and cannot count on this yeast.
