Great product with excellent flavor profile. We used it to make bread and pizza dough. I was a little intimated at first but it was really easy to work with. Excited to see what else I can do with it.

The yeast bloomed well. It also rised very easy. I used it to make focaccia and it required minimal kneading. The focaccia was amazing. I have tried other products that did not work as well as this one. Great price for Great product.

I have used the single serve packets and I got this size because of the value. I keep it in the freezer for freshness and it works great. I have made bread and English muffins and have had great success and it is nice to have on hand

Great product, i love it that you don't have to proof this yeast. Easy to use and makes some great pizza crust and bread. I would definitely suggest anyone who likes to bake bread to use this. No need to activate it in advance.

This is my first time using yeast. I made cinnamon rolls and they actually turned out real good. Everyone in my house hold liked theses cinnamon rolls better than the one in the can. I’m glad I found a recipe using this yeast.

Has been great for making bread and other pastries. Overall the yeast is fast acting and seems to be consistent when backing. Considering the price, the quality is hard to beat as other brands tend to be a bit pricey.

This yeast is such a great value and we are very happy with the things we have made using it. This is a really large quantity of yeast. The one suggestion is it is not an easily resealable package. Other than that we love it.

Red instant dry yeast is really good for baking anything like bread pizzas. I really like the form of this yeast. It’s great quality I would recommend. We made some pizza dough and sourdough bread with it.
