TurboTax Online 2025, Investors & Self Employed, Email Delivery, Federal Return Only + Federal E-file

interface for online version was confusing and difficult to follow. i would not purchase again.

I have used Turbo Tax for years. Like the transfer o info from previous filing years.

Turbo Tax For Years

Cannot use prior years returns prepared by Desktop to import into Online.  Support worthless.

Desktop prior year returns cannot be imported

Charging way before transmitting, hiding direct deposit options

frustrating and expensive!

Some responses were unclear and did not help my understanding or answer my question.

Turbo tax is helpful

I've been a longtime user of Turbotax desktop.  This is the first year I've used the online version.  I've been disappointed to say the least.    My retun is still late because of Turbotax processing issues.  Between issues with online security issues and lack of assistance in flagging a need for an amended retun,  Turbotax really let me down this year.

Beward of Online Filiing and Online App

I used an actual accountant last year thinking I needed the expertise and it was kind of a nightmare. I've used TurboTax for years before that and always satisfied. Yes the fees are annoying, but I know I'm going to get it done right. The setup is super user friendly and it feels like they've covered all possibilities for both state and federal.
