once i enter data, such as foreign income, i cannot retrieve that info to edit it. Poor support.

Cannot use prior years returns prepared by Desktop to import into Online.  Support worthless.

Turbo Tax can Improve

I've been a longtime user of Turbotax desktop.  This is the first year I've used the online version.  I've been disappointed to say the least.    My retun is still late because of Turbotax processing issues.  Between issues with online security issues and lack of assistance in flagging a need for an amended retun,  Turbotax really let me down this year.

Beward of Online Filiing and Online App

I used an actual accountant last year thinking I needed the expertise and it was kind of a nightmare. I've used TurboTax for years before that and always satisfied. Yes the fees are annoying, but I know I'm going to get it done right. The setup is super user friendly and it feels like they've covered all possibilities for both state and federal.
