pretty easy to navigate but shouldn't charge you to have an instant deposit or charge you to deposit into your account

I had some trouble but I kept getting interrupted, so made everything as quiet as possible and it worked very well.

I've been using turbotax for years. Prior to that I did taxes myself by hand. Turbotax is makes it easier and seems accurate. I trust it is.

I prefer the downloaded format over the online. I'm very disappointed by not being able to view forms along the way.

Some of the screens are confusing and make you think two or three times to uderstand. Overall I will give you a B rating.

Software was easy, but tried to trick me on refund into spending an extra $35. Had to go into more info to select standard deposit which is free.
