Stocks were somewhat confusing and took a while to figure out. The rest was pretty straight forward.

Usually use do it yourself turbo Tax and efile, not sure about electronical doing taxes with Turbo Tax, not sure where to find my copy

This year s version made filing fast and easy with all of my first time situatiions and the new tax laws.

Some of the areas are confusing and it's hard to know what's missing so I couldn't submit - just kept going around and around

i HAVE USED TURBO TAX FOR YEARS - THIS WAS FAIRLY SIMPLE ASIDE FROM THE FACT THAT i WAS A BIT APPREHENSIVE IN THE BEGINNING.

Make very difficult to skip state. One stupid issue that was not resolved and should have been by turbo tax prevented me from e-filing.

Still painful. Time-consuming. Too expensive. Total rip-off. Yet, somehow, Turbotax is the easiest among other apps.

Insane it costs $240 to file my taxes using this service online. I'd rather go through the trouble of doing manually myself next year.

Overall a great experience! Enjoyed the helpful tools when I was unsure of what to do in a certain section

It was very easy process . I like the explanations and assurances for each number I entered. It's such an awesome system
