I found the whole process fairly easy with clear instructions and was helped to understand the process with ease.

online version is cumbersome and difficult to use, Allow Desktop version on Windows 10. Long tine TurboTax user, but maybe the last time!

Takes three times as long as expected, can't fill the forms correctly, and adds surprise charges at the end. What fun!

My accountant dropped the ball, so I tried out TurboTax and was able to complete my taxes in 1 hour.
