Very painful. I could only complete the return with ChatGPT premium fully engaged. TurboTax "AI" routinely hallucinates.

First time use your online version. This is much much worse than your desktop version I used last year

Average program/help I dont have the feeling Turbo tax offers anything special. It does enough to file.

I've been using it for years and it's always easy and has many help feautures if you're not sure. It's pricy but i'd rather do them on my own .

Was not able to update spouse telephone number. Mine is updated, but spouse number uses an old, disconnected telephone number.

Last year was wonderful on Windows 10. The requirement to use Windows 11 has mase a completely different (and not in a good way) experience.
