Fees were totally outrageous and I still could not get explanations on some of the things I found confusing

It was confusing to do it myself. MUCH easier last year. I figured it out though, because I didn't want to pay extra money for help.

I really liked the online help that was available while completing my taxes. I also liked the review process along the way by the tax experts.

Very different from previous version. I did not like how it eliminated sections I was used to seeing. Not crazy about it.

Paid tthree times as much as I needed to because the desktop version was not compatible with my operating systems!

Took hours on the phone and researching myself to find my Capital loss carryover was not showing up on the 2025 return. Had to Amend my return.

Major issue is during checkout for form 8839, you need line, form and schedule but there is no information on how to get it!

very frustrating. easier in the past. The format changes are difficult to navigate for older people
