I'm still not sure about TurboTax. I felt the program kept pushing upgrades, and it got to the point that I was confused as to what I paid for.

Makes filing so fast and easy! All information is easily imported and checking for accuracy is a breeze.

Turbotax online is terrible compared to desktop version. It took me much longer and is much more cumbersome. I hate it.

very expensive 180 dollars to file on top of paying in for state taxes so 1000 dollars i had to pay instead of 800 for state taxes

TurboTax is helpful and straight forward. I was able to find what I needed through AI features. Took me double the time that it stated, though.

It would have been nice to know that TurboTax FORCES you to upgrade whether you want to or not. The hidden fees were beyond frustrating.

Online evolution was much smoother than anticipated. Although necessary, I guess, some portions seemed to be revisited too many times.

Didn't like not seeing how each entry affected the refund/payment due when I used the online format.
