It was nice to use turbo tax online. The product processed my returns with ease and even helped me find deductions.

It was confusing to do it myself. MUCH easier last year. I figured it out though, because I didn't want to pay extra money for help.

I do not like Turbox aggressively trying to get me upgrade to a higher version so they can charge me more.

Some of the areas are confusing and it's hard to know what's missing so I couldn't submit - just kept going around and around
