Except for some dumb questions I am sure the Fed makes them ask Turbotax is the way to go for filing taxes. Easy to navigate and one and done. Love it!

Been using turbo for 7 years, after 15 years of h&r block. Turbo is much easier to use and always gets me more than H&r. My only complaint is the price to use it.

Had to buy an extra product just to check out even though I did not need or want the extra product. Very unhappy about that. This is the first year I have had to do that.

Turbo Tax Premier allowed me to quickly and efficiently complete both our Federal and State Tax Returns and efile both well before the required filing dates.

Turbo tax walked me through all the income and deductions I was suppose to get. Very easy to follow along with. Provided help as needed, very accuate software, works well with my ccmputer

It was very simple to file on this website the only downside is that the fees add up. even though I filed without an "experts" help. there was even a fee to get my refund sent to my personal bank account. pretty lame if you ask me.

The fees are getting a little excessive. $40 fee to use your refund to pay you turbo tax fees? That is not a good business practice. Also $35 to have it sent to your checking rather than a credit karma account?

Very easy and straight forward. I didn't do five star because I bought the desktop version and i made things very difficult and I cant seem to get a refund though i didn't get to use it.
