TurboTax practices forced premium upselling

forced Business Expert Assist charge of $349. I did not use expert assistance at all and was still forced to pay this fee. Deceptive, forced premium upgrade. 3 hours of customer service with no resolve. Extremely unhappy and dissatisfied!

Turbo Tax is always my choice for filing my taxes

I always double and triple check my expenses as well as all of the information added. I have used turbo tax for years and it has always been an easy process. Thank you!

It's My Annual Go-To

I have been using this service and software for years. I have become accustomed to the interface and easy navigation of the site and inputting system. I always use the software and service for accuracy and its outstanding competency.

Seems to want to nickle and dime you during the p[

Challenging since Windows 10 no longer supported. Also wants to nickle and dime you thropugh the process. Takes too long to download and install. Had to run it overnight until it completed

a great and easy experience the fees are a little much don't you think? $139. and not even a advance loan on my return. oh well thanks turbo tax enjoy your tax season. until next year thank you again.

So So

I've used Turbo Tax over 5 years and always purchased CD's. This new Turbo Tax Online does not recognize your previous filings even though they were filed by Turbo Tax. Help is minimal unless you pay for it.

Turbo tax has pros and cons.

Filing for contract work/self employment (using a 1099-NEC) was confusing and unclear at times. Filing with a w2 was super easy. The cost of using Turbo Tax increased an unreasonable amount.

Good service, too expensive

It is a great interface and very user friendly, but far too expensive. I should not be paying significantly more money for the service than my actual tax return, especially for a service that is entirely self-guided.

Many issues going from desktop to online

As my laptop was windows 10, I had to use online which I had numerous issues. 1. Missed upload from last year on PC, 2. Unable to verify AGI with full cents. Had to create ID to IRS to get info
