Really easy until the end was a bit frustrating. the Irs identity thing was frustrating. it would identify my file. but it worked out after a good 45 min

I hate that I cannot go directly to a form while I am working on my taxes and it doesn't give the option to save or print all the forms and worksheets!!!

Fast and very user friendly. This is my second year using Turbo Tax and I have been completely satisfied and they always get me the most that I qualify for on my returns.

This was my first time filing as self-employed. During the year I made quarterly estimated tax payments. The Turbo Tax walk thru was not clear at all as far as entering the estimated taxes that I paid.

I can't believe how much of a ripoff and misleading product this is. I will figure out a way to file my own taxes next year without these "free tax filing" services, which ultimately cost hundreds of dollars!!

I've been using TurboTax for several years now and I will tell you, they never seem to disappoint. The software is always user friendly and there is a "frequently asked questions" tab along the side bar that is extremely helpful.

Very User friendly for someone who has not filed their taxes by themselves in a few years. Happy it was so quick and easy. I was organized already so that helped so much!
