Well made except for the instructions for putting it together. A lot of the steps could be combined to make overall assembly easier. Most important isn't assembling in the heat as the vinyl softens which makes the parts not hold while fastening so it needs to be done in the shade. Overall well made

Very attractive and pretty well designed shed; our only wish was that there were more ventilation options. Living in a region with very warm summers, we will need to keep one door open during the day. We watched a YouTube assembly video a couple of times and used the assembly instructions to put it together in two days. Pretty straight forward.

Purchased and put together right away on a new pad. One back panel didnt fit like the others which made the following steps for the roof install difficult. A few other parts of instructions were a bit non specific so we had to backtrack and undo/redo steps to adjust. Otherwise, quality appears durable.

I had a duplicate left gable, missing the right side gable and a couple of end caps. The customer service was pretty good, the parts were shipped from their headquarters in Salt Lake City. Installation is doable by myself, took me about 12-13 hours split in 3 days. I only needed help to attach the wall panels. Work in the shade when it's cool. It was 95F out when I installed mine and some parts like the floor panels were hard to put together until I let it cool down in the shade early morning. How easy or difficult to close the door is highly dependent on the temperature. The freight company is horrible, I had taken PTO to receive the items, but it came the next morning at 3am. When I saw 2 large guys in an unmarked van showing up on my driveway at 3am, it kind of sus. I just hope it lasts in this desert heat, but the shed looks good.

This is a beautiful shed. However, the instructions are ridiculous and it took us four people 7 1/2 hours to put together. It was shipped with a hole in the side of the box. I did not realize because the freight delivery service stacked one box next to the other, and it was a small hole. That being said, the front door panel has a crack and is smashed so although the shed is assembled, the doors are cocked because obviously the damaged door is warped. I did contact the shipper. I think Sams should give me a partial refund or a new shed. Although I can’t imagine having to put this thing together all over again. What a nightmare if the door wasn’t cracked, it would be absolutely beautiful however that’s 7 1/2 hours of my life I can’t get back. And I paid $340 for a helper to help me assemble it. It was too much for my husband and I.

Based on the trouble an experienced contractor had assembling this shed, you need to rewrite the instructions, after verifying step by step, that the instructions are accurate. Once we got through several hours of struggling, over two days, the shed looks good.

Happy with my shed so far, but the assembly was awful. There was a “convenient” video to go with it, but the steps in the video didn't match the manual. The guy in the video is also “easily” able to do several parts by himself, that I could not do by myself in the slightest. There are also several pieces that are made of really weak material, and broke right away. I'm having to makeshift a lot of parts for this shed. Plus, I came across multiple areas where I'm supposed to be able to drill right through, only the manufacturer didn't cut out all the holes; I could see several areas where the manufacturer didn't cut holes that were marked. I was also missing a few minor pieces of hardware. There were also several times where you have to drill you own holes into the various material. They at least give you a proper drill bit to do so, but I'm not sure why it could not come with some of those holes rebuilt.

Don't bother wasting your time, this shed has the worst directions of any item I have ever purchased. I had trouble getting the shed doors to line up properly, so I went to look at the display come to find out they left out parts to make it level. The header above the door would not line up, after checking the store display they did not even put the bolts in it because it would not line up.

Do yourself a favor and do not order large items that require multiple boxes for shipping. We only received 1 of 2 boxes based of the labels from the manufacturer and customer service told me its only 1 box and i had to check to verify that any items were missing before they could assist me further. After checking the box which only contained roof panels and floorboards and some other odds and ends with no instructions, i called back. I was advised the item was out of stock so it could not be replaced. So i sit and wait for a refund in the next 5-7 business days and then wait for someone to come pick up this mess that i can not do anything with, as well as not have a shed to build tomorrow

This was the worst thing I ever purchased I watched the video they put it together so easy one person can do most of it two people for a couple of steps cool……. 4 days it took 4 days to put it together and even though its together the walls don’t stay popped in the base the screws was not marked and was put all together awful awful I will never by this again
