I had purchased a 8x5 storage shed from one of department stores. There were some small parts missing when opened the box. I called in the 1-800 number and nice lady answered my call (sorry I forgot her name). In less than two minutes she was done identifying the part and putting in the order for me while explaining the process of mailing the part from the warehouse in Uta with priority mail to my resident. The best customer service ever! This was my third Lifetime storage shed I had purchased so far and they all were good quality and lasted a long time, and keeping their appearance. Thank you!

Sara at customer service took all the necessary information, professionally and cordially, assured me I would receive an email in 10-15 min. and so it happened. Part received in record time. Called on a Thursday & it arrived Monday. Unfortunately it was the wrong part. Spoke to Sara again & we verified the info she had on record was right on spot so she’s ordered it again. I look forward to getting it right this time, no fault of hers, but thanks to SARA, I believe I’ll be able to complete my outside shed soon. Kudos to Sara at Customer Service

Bought 8x5 shed approximately 2 weeks ago. The boxes came with 1 broken spring and a bag of screws missing. Needless to say we were a little frustrated. We called customer service and they were very friendly, professional, and understanding. We received the screws yesterday, so we can continue assembling the shed. The lock spring is in transit. We have always purchased lifetime products due to their quality and durability. We got off to a rough start on the shed, but once we receive everything and the shed is complete, I know it will be a good quality product.

My shed was easy to assemble, but labor intensive. A lot of screws. Make sure you keep track of a the screws as they do not give you any extra screws. Built quality seem good. The included instructions were easy to follow. Fantastic customer service. They sent me a replacement door latch within five days from when I emailed them and I live on an island in Hawaii.

Well made except for the instructions for putting it together. A lot of the steps could be combined to make overall assembly easier. Most important isn't assembling in the heat as the vinyl softens which makes the parts not hold while fastening so it needs to be done in the shade. Overall well made

Very attractive and pretty well designed shed; our only wish was that there were more ventilation options. Living in a region with very warm summers, we will need to keep one door open during the day. We watched a YouTube assembly video a couple of times and used the assembly instructions to put it together in two days. Pretty straight forward.

I had a duplicate left gable, missing the right side gable and a couple of end caps. The customer service was pretty good, the parts were shipped from their headquarters in Salt Lake City. Installation is doable by myself, took me about 12-13 hours split in 3 days. I only needed help to attach the wall panels. Work in the shade when it's cool. It was 95F out when I installed mine and some parts like the floor panels were hard to put together until I let it cool down in the shade early morning. How easy or difficult to close the door is highly dependent on the temperature. The freight company is horrible, I had taken PTO to receive the items, but it came the next morning at 3am. When I saw 2 large guys in an unmarked van showing up on my driveway at 3am, it kind of sus. I just hope it lasts in this desert heat, but the shed looks good.

I was able to put this 5x8 shed together pretty much by myself (68 yo woman) and I am happy with the product. However, not all of the screw holes lined up and the assembly instructions could be clearer. Some of the illustrations were very ambiguous. But a little logic goes a long way. The shed seems very stable. I attached it to a wooden platform so that I could have it moved if I changed address.

My husband and I worked on this on and off for 3 days. Instructions are not easy to follow. Read through them multiple times to confirm what you are doing. The corner pieces consistently do not fit into the floor. It is impossible to drill into the dimples as shown. I would not do this again.
