[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Samsung Galaxy Buds FE because I wanted earbuds that worked well with my Samsung devices without spending a fortune, and I am very happy with my choice. They fit comfortably and securely in my ears, and I can wear them for long periods without constantly having to adjust them. The sound quality has been better than I expected, with clear audio, good bass, and enough detail for music, videos, calls, and everyday listening. The active noise cancellation is also impressive for earbuds in this price range and does a good job cutting down background noise when I want to focus. Pairing them with my Samsung devices was simple, and I like how well they integrate with the Galaxy ecosystem. The controls are easy to learn, and I am still discovering different settings and features as I use them more. For the price, these feel like a great balance of comfort, sound quality, features, and convenience. I chose the Galaxy Buds FE and would definitely choose them again.

Purchased in January and by July they aren't working. The left bud won't charge and the right one is intermittent. After doing over 2 hours of product troubleshooting, I tried to submit for warranty. The warranty process was horrendous, they took over an hour to create the warranty ticket and had to use two different online platforms, it is very clearly an attempt to deter people from submitting. For this price point, the product quality is very poor.

My favorite feature is grading the noise canceling depending where I am plus the " galaxy AI " is amaizing definitely a great product

They're comfortable to wear, have great sound quality, and get plenty loud without sounding distorted. The noise cancellation is a nice bonus, especially when I'm trying to focus or tune everything else out. They connect easily to my Samsung phone and are super convenient for listening to music, watching videos, or taking calls. The battery life has also been great for my everyday use. Overall, these are a great pair of earbuds for the price. They're comfortable, sound great, and have the features I actually want without paying a fortune. Definitely recommend!
