I have never really liked in ear buds as they were usually uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time. Have been mostly using over the ear headphones. But now he has zero issues. The sound is great. He has an issue with one ear (medical) so he doesnt always get a great fit with ear buds. But with the different sized cushions he does!
