Hi Tim! Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser Whole Home Extra Durable. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations and that the product fell apart during use. Please allow us to provide some helpful information about the product: The Magic Eraser is designed to compress and break down as it is used, similar to a pencil eraser. This natural wear can sometimes result in small pieces of residue or crumbling. How long the eraser lasts depends on the frequency of use and the roughness of the surfaces cleaned. For best results, we recommend wetting the eraser with water before use and gently squeezing out excess water without twisting. The Whole Home Extra Durable version is thicker and made with a more durable eraser material to provide improved strength and longevity. We take quality very seriously and want to ensure your satisfaction. We invite you to contact us directly at (800) 248-1612 so we can look further into your experience and assist you personally. Thank you for choosing Mr. Clean. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to improve your experience.
