reply from Mr Clean

Hello Maya! We are sorry to hear about your experience with the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. This product is made with a thicker, more durable eraser material for improved grip and durability. If your eraser fell apart after the first use, that’s not typical. Please make sure to use it wet and gently squeeze before erasing. If the issue persists please contact us at (800) 248-1612.
