I purchased this as a quick grab without checking the ingredients, which is my fault.  I thought it was the sugar free (stevia) version they have.  This is simply sugar and sodium.  Will be sure to only buy their Stevia one in the future.  I get enough sugar in my diet with my sweets!

Lots of added sugar!

We are already into warm weather, which causes us to sweat, a lot.  Our precious minerals flow out as we sweat.  It's easy to become dehydrated.  These are perfect mineral replacers, because they taste yummy!  They also help cool you off.  Have fun staying cool.
